Work healthier – now with the manually adjustable AlzaErgo desk, complete with a desktop in one convenient package
Did you know that regularly switching between sitting and standing at work relieves your spine, muscles, and your entire body and mind? Standing while working also banishes back pain, and numerous studies confirm it significantly boosts productivity, improves focus, and even helps prevent obesity. With the AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential height-adjustable desk, you can elegantly put an end to most of the problems caused by prolonged sitting while doing something great for your body. Adjust the desk height manually using a crank handle from 72 to 120cm. The robust construction with 2-segment legs guarantees outstanding stability, even at its maximum load capacity of 50kg. For easier handling, the AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential desk comes in a single package (one box) containing the desktop, which measures 140×70×1.8cm and features pre-drilled holes. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the desk makes an excellent choice for smaller rooms.

Change your working habits and relieve your body with the AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential desk
The manually operated AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential desk is the ideal solution for anyone looking to transform their working habits and boost their health. Setting the correct height prevents slouching, relieving pressure on your neck and back muscles. Since the weight of your arms constantly strains your trapezius and back muscles, finding the perfect desk height eliminates this tension completely. Although most of us sit at work, sitting is actually unnatural for the human body. That is why you should alternate your position and work standing up from time to time – which is effortless with this desk.
Switch working positions with a few turns of the crank
Easily adjust the height of the AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential desk using the crank handle. Just a few turns quickly brings the desk to your desired height, with each full rotation raising or lowering the desk by 16mm. This manual adjustment also provides a light, active stretch as you change positions. Once you reach the perfect height, simply fold the handle away under the desktop so it stays out of sight, preserving the clean and elegant design of the desk.
AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential is functional, stylish, and easy to assemble
Assembling the desk is straightforward and takes very little time. Apart from a screwdriver, the package contains everything you need, including all fasteners and an Allen key. Pre-drilled holes mean there is no need for measuring or drilling – simply screw the desktop to the frame. The robust frame construction with 2-segment legs ensures excellent stability and supports up to 50kg when evenly loaded. Four adjustable leveling feet allow you to align the AlzaErgo Table ET5 AiO Essential desk perfectly, even on uneven floors.
