byla jsem se sluchátky moc spokojená ale přestaly se nabíjet. Nejdřív přestala svítit krabička, ale sluchátka se ještě nějakou dobu nabíjela (s malou výdrží). lze nějak zjisti v čem je problém a co mám reklamovat?

Dobry den. Leve sluchatko jde pripojit na telefon a hraje v pohode. Prave sviti porad cervene a vupnout nejde. Predpokladam ze je to na vymenu.

Co udělat proto aby se každé sluchátko nevybíjelo jinak..? Jinak výdrž baterie je spíš 3 hodiny.

zakoupil jsem sluchatka ale mam takovy zajimavy problem. Jedno sluchatko funguje perfektne, druhe taky, ale jen samostatne. jakmile si nasadim a zapnu obe dve, tak se proste zvuk nepravidelne, ale casto seka. dela to po sparovani i s telefonem i s pocitacem. Ale jakmile jedno z ucha vyndam a dam do krabicky a vypne se, druhe jede bez problemu. a je jedno jestli leve nebo prave, je tam asi problem kdyz se synchronizuji vzajemne. Je neco jako update firmware pro ty sluchatka nebo je to holt na vraceni?

Dobrý den, je pravda, že sluchátka typu "špunty", ať už obyčejná nebo true wireless nemohu do 14 dnů od koupě vrátit? Že nelze odstoupit od kupní smlouvy, protože se na to vztahují obchodní podmínky, ve kterých je uvedeno, že některé zboží nelze z hygienických důvodů vrátit?
