1. Take the headphones out of the case
2. Return them
3. Hold both buttons on the headphones for 10 seconds
4. When the headphones flash 3 times, the process is complete and you can pair them e.g. by phone

Dobry den. Stratili sme jeden z originalnych APW sluchadiel,takze chceme kupit jedno oddelene. Parovalo by sa toto nove sluchadlo s tym starym druhym alebo musime kupovat uz obe sluchadla spolu s puzdrom? Dakujeme.

Dobrý den, z pouzda již bohužel není patrný vůbec žádný popis. Je možné odhadnout kompatibilní verzi dle datumu nákupu (29.07.2021) nebo výrobního čísla z faktury (APWBTE040: 8594177956991)? Předem děkuji za odpověd.

Dobrý den, ztratila jsem levé sluchátko, objednala jsem tedy nové, nyní mám ale problém s připojením, jelikož počítač rozeznal toto zařízení jako nové. A nelze mi připojit naráz dvě zařízení (APW SPHUNTY_R a L). Jak to mám nyní řešit, prosím? Sluchátko mi nehraje.
