The A6-7400K is the latest addition to the AMD Steamroller series. Compared to its previous generation, AMD Richland, AMD Steamroller has a significantly more powerful integrated graphics unit. It features AMD Radeon R5, an integrated graphics chip that provides great graphics performance for common computer work, multimedia, and undemanding gaming. Moreover, it has a lower power consumption and allows for slight overclocking.
Powerful Dual-Core Processor
The A6-7400K has two cores, which are clocked at a frequency of 3.7 GHz with the possibility of overclocking up to 4 GHz. Both of them can process 32-bit and 64-bit instructions, which makes this processor the perfect choice for those seeking the best value for money and looking for a combination of quality against best price.

Designed for Socket FM2+
Great Integrated Graphics
The processor comes with AMD Radeon R5, which has 256 cores running at 756 MHz. This GPU provides a significantly higher performance than its predecessor, making most low-end standalone graphic cards obsolete. Thanks to the Eyefinity feature, it can also feed up to three displays at once.

Sophisticated Technology
With a TDP of 65W, this processor utilises the FM2+ socket, supports virtualization and DDR3 memory, and includes 1MB of cache. The TDP is configurable, allowing you to set it to 45W or 65W. This makes AMD A6-7400k ideal for compact systems which may not have efficient airflow.
