AMD Athlon A64 3500+ 64-bit HT Manchester BOX socket 939
Executive 64-bit processor designed for extremely powerful home and work computers in BOX packages, including certified cooler. It is based on core Manchester, which produced the second-generation technology Strained Silicon Directly On Insulator, which is less consumption and the possibility of achieving a higher rate, while maintaining the production process, 90 nm.Since its predecessors, the core of Manchester differ mainly by improving the storage controller, which is now able to take full advantage of up to four memory modules double the frequency of DDR400 with rapid timing and a greater compatibility with memories of different manufacturers.Another difference is support for SSE3 multimedia instructions, which may bring in specialized applications better performance.
The architecture of the processor principle is based on Athlon XP, but contains significant changes in the quantity and optimisation, such asincrease in the length of pipeline to 12, increasing the number of instructions processed within one hour bar, extending the width of data between the L1 and L2 cache of 64 bits to 128 bits, or doubling the size of Instruction and Data Translation Look-Aside Bufferů.
The maximum memory throughput guarantees an integrated memory controller with 64-bit data width and supporting DDR memory 400thAddress can be incredible to 1 TB RAM can be fitted to four modules with a total capacity of 4 GB.This, together with using the new system bus HyperTransport (HT) with a high permeability data, running on 1000 MHz frequency, ensures maximum performance.
The parameters and specifications:
Slot:Socket 939
Core:Manchester
Model Number:3500 +
Working frequency:2200 MHz
L2 cache memory:512 KB
