The card is ideal for demanding computing tasks. Its energy efficiency is 9.53 GFLOPS/watt.

Maximum performance

The card’s excellent performance comes from its Hawaii graphics chip and fast GDDR5 memory with a 512-bit bus and 320 GB/s bandwidth. The card’s TDP never exceeds 275 watt. Its two-slot cooler is passive and allows airflow through the server rack. The hardware features make it clear the graphics card is designed for servers handling complex calculations and lacks any video outputs.

Designed for professional sector

Some of those complex calculations include geological and seismic survey data, which are used primarily when searching for oil and gas deposits, or neural networks and data analysis. The card supports API OpenGL 4.4 and OpenCL 2.0 and Linux operating system.
