Dobrý den, jakým způsobem máme zafixovat desku k pracovní desce? Deska má na sobě prilepenou pásku, která však není oboustranná a uvnitř krabice nebyly ani žádné úchyty, kterými by se varná deska přichytila k prac.desce. U varné desky stejné značky zakoupené před 14ti dny úchyty byly pribaleny. Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mám dotaz proč se mi plotýnky samy vypínají po nějaké kratší době vaření? A pak už nejde zapnout,tak musím desku celou vypnout aby na té plotýnce mohla dál vařit ale s jiným hrncem a přitom mi na ostatních plotýnkách ten samý hrnec funguje a plotýnky se nevypnou.

Dobry den. Po necelem pul roce prestala deska jen tak z niceho nic ohrivat. Ovladaci prvky nehlasi zadnou chybu. Asi na to neni nejaky figl? Desku mam privest na reklamaci do alzy, nebo na to prijde zarucni opravar?

Dobry den, chcel by som sa informovat ohladne pripojenia. Mozete mi prosim potvrdit pripojenie varnej dosky ? Podla popisu je to 400V teda trojfazove.. je to tak ? V jednej predajni ma upozornovali, ze je len na pripojenie 230V a teda vsetky zony nepojdu sucasne. Vopred dakujem za odpoved.
