Dobrý den, jak je možné, že po objednání myčky Amica ZWM 628WED jsme obdrželi jinou myčku než je zobrazena na úvodních fotografiích a v popiscích produktu ? Na obrázku má myčka na černém panelu bíle vyobrazeny symboly jednotlivých programů a ikony popisu funkce tlačítka. Jaktože nám přišla myčka, která tam tyto symboly nemá ? Jsou vidět pouze po nasvícení baterkou (nejsou natištěny vůbec, pouze vyryty do panelu). Máme to brát jako mystifikaci zákazníka ? Velmi děkuji za odpověď.

V úvodu píšete že je myčka v bílé barvě, ale v popisu, že v nerez. Prosím o vysvětlení děkuji. Pokud je v bílé barvě měla bych zájem.
