Dobrý den. Z pravého sluchátka mi zničehonic přestal jít zvuk. Respektive, slyším ho, ale opravdu VELMI SLABĚ, jakoby byl HODNĚ daleko. Sluchátka jsou nabitá. Samozřejmě jsem je zkusila resetovat, ale bez úspěchu. Už nevím, co dělat.

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si na alze tyto sluchátka, ale bohužel jsem ztratil krabičku. Nevíte, kde se dá dokoupit? Mohl bych po předložení faktury o koupi těchto sluchátek novou krabičku dostat? Snad si nemusím po ztrátě nabíjecí krabičky kupovat sluchátka znovu, nebo nedají se sluchátka nabít jiným způsobem?
