Arduino Shield - GSM v2 module (integrated antenna)

Arduino is an Open-Source platform for easy design and development of programmable electronic devices. It is ideally suited for reapid prototyping of toys, devices, controls and control applications without the need for a deep understanding of the principles of electronics. Without the need for soldering, and with the help of a simple development environment and programming language you can create, for example, serious monitoring devices with different sensors or build a remote-controlled robot.

With Arduin on the internet

The GSM module simply allows you to connect your project on the Arduino platform to the Internet via the GPRS network. All you need is this module with an integrated antenna and any SIM card that allows you to access the GPRS network. With library features included in the Arduino IDE development environment, you will be able to make calls and send SMS messages in addition to your data connection. The module is based on the Quectel M10 modem, and as is common with the Arduino project, hardware and software is available as an open source.
