Arduino Shield - WiFi module (integrated antenna)

Arduino is an open-source platform for easily designing and developing programmable electronic devices. It is very suitable for rapid prototyping of toys, equipment and controls, and control applications without the need for a deeper knowledge of the principles of electronics. Without soldering and using a simple development environment and programming language you can create, for example, serious monitoring devices with various sensors, or compose a remote-controlled robot.

This Wifi module easily connects your Arduino to Wifi wireless networks. In only a few, simple steps, you can connect your project to the network and can for example send the data measured by the sensors to a computer for processing. The Wifi module is compatible with 802.11b and 802.11g standards. The board also ccontains a micro SD slot for storing data sent over wireless networks.
