Dobrý den, žádám Vás o radu. Vlastním tento typ hodinek, ale bohužel v reklamaci už mi je jednou měnily. První hodinky během dne nulovaly ušlé kroky. Reklamace mi byla uznána jako závada hodinek. Dostal jsem tedy po 3. týdnech nové. Bohužel problém stále přetrvává, během dne se mi počet kroků resetuje a začínám od nuly. Nevíte náhodou čím to může být? Děkuji Vám.
