Dobrý večer, včera se mi stalo, že když jsem vyplé hodinky dala nabíjet, jednak se nerozsvítila ikonka nabíjení, což jsem v tu chvíli neřešila, ale po nějaké době nabíjení, když jsem je chtěla zapnout, displej je pouze černě podsvícený, ale nic na něm není vidět, na mobil se mi hodinky připojí a vibrují mi při upozornění, ale displej je pořád černý/podsvíceně černý. Je to nějaká závada, kterou mohu odstranit, nebo co bych měla dělat? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, koupila jsem u vás dceři. Po prvním nabití chtějí PIN i když jsme žádný nezadavali. Viděla jsem tyto dotazy i v jiných skupinách, ale nikdo na ne neodpověděl. Hodinky jsou nyní prakticky k nepoužiti. Můžete mi poradit?
