Expansion slots and storage
There is one PCIe 4.0 ×16 slot for your graphics card. You can install other expansion cards, such as sound or network cards, into the two PCIe 3.0 ×1 slots. Storage options include two M.2 slots. The first slot, Hyper M.2, supports fast NVMe SSDs with the PCIe Gen4×4 standard. The second slot, Ultra M.2, is flexible and accommodates both PCIe Gen3×4 and SATA3 standard drives. Two SATA III ports are available for traditional hard drives or SSDs. The board supports RAID 0 and 1 for SATA devices, and RAID 0, 1, and 10 for M.2 NVMe drives.
Connectivity for peripherals and networking

The BIOS Flashback button on the rear panel enables firmware updates without a CPU or memory installed. You can customise your build's appearance using the RGB and addressable LED headers, which are compatible with ASRock Polychrome SYNC and SignalRGB software.
