The golden age of piracy
It is written in 1715. The Caribbean is dominated by pirates who have created their own Republic, which knows no law, and whose essential part is corruption, greed and violence. Among these outlaws is the young ruthless captain Edward Kenway. With his struggle for glory, he earned respect for such legends as the Blacks, but was eventually drawn into the ancient war between the assassins and the Templars, a war that could destroy everything that these pirates had built.

Become Edward Kenway, a charismatic, yet brutal pirate captain who has been trained by assassins. Edward can easily move between the hidden blade of the Assassin Order and all the new weapons, including double-sided pistols and two sabres.
