Are you looking for a high quality and extremely reliable motherboard for very powerful workstations, or servers? The Asus P10S WS motherboard in the ATX design with the new Intel C236 chipset is the right one. It is equipped with a LGA1151 socket, which is designed especially for Skylake family processors, and manufactured with an advanced 14nm manufacturing process. Typical representatives include Intel Xeon E3-1200 v5, Intel Core i7, i5, or i3 processors. The board has 4 slots for DDR4 operating memory clocked up to 2,133 MHz and up to a maximum of 64 GB. There is also ECC, or Dual-Channel mode support.

Fast data transfers
The fast data transfer takes care of the dual M.2 interface that is fully RAID- enabled, giving you up to 40% faster data writing speeds and over 80% faster reading speeds than just using one M.2 socket. Using the bandwidth of two PCI-E 3.0 interfaces, M.2 has a data transfer rate of up to 8 Gb/s, which is suitable for use with fast SSD drives. There are also 8 SATA connectors up to 6 Gb/s available.
Of course, there are USB 3.1 ports with a maximum transfer rate of up to 10 Gb/s, one of which is type A and the other two-sided USB-C. There are also six classic USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports.
There are also pairs of gigabit server LAN ports on the board that lighten the processor, do not generate excess heat, and offer superior performance. While the first port is suitable for an Internet connection, or a corporate network connection, you can use the other to communicate with a specific device.
