The ASUS RP-AC87 Extender extends dual-band WiFi coverage. As an extender, it amplifies the WiFi signal to remote corners of your home where you may need an internet connection for a laptop, tablet, game console or smart TV. Thanks to dual-band signal, it works with any router and serves all types of devices at the fastest possible speeds. The extender broadcasts with a transmission rate of up to 800Mbps on the 2.4GHz band, and up 1734Mbps on the 5GHz band (802 MHz.11ac). Not only does it specialise in fast data transfer, it also has improved coverage thanks to 4 external antennas (4 × 4) and AiRadar technology that intelligently controls the required power transmission.
