Asustor Nimbustor 4-AS5304T
Asustor Nimbustor 4-AS5304T four-bay smart data storage
High-quality disk storage is now standard equipment even in smaller companies, but only a few can achieve high transfer speeds. This is exactly where the four-bay Asustor Nimbustor 4-AS5304T NAS excels. In addition to its wide compatibility, it stands out with its dual LAN ports, each supporting the 2.5 GbE standard.
24/7 reliability
The Nimbustor series was designed for 24/7 use. This is made possible by the optimal cooling of its internal components. The storage unit is also energy-efficient, with power consumption reaching only 27W under load.
Blistering speed
By connecting both 2.5 GbE LAN ports, you can use the Link Aggregation feature. This sends data flying at a theoretical speed of up to 5 GbE. Of course, this requires a compatible switch and high-quality cabling.
App-based setup
Download the AiMaster mobile app, which makes setting up the storage software an absolute breeze. The app can find the NAS, initialise the system, handle installation, manage power, and of course, install security firmware updates.
Comprehensive backups
After a quick setup, the Asustor NAS provides complete backups of important data from your computers and laptops. It can also connect to cloud services including Amazon S3, ASUS WebStorage, Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and many more.
Access your data from anywhere
The manufacturer provides a whole range of applications for the NAS, giving you access to your storage even while you're on holiday abroad.
Expandable features
The potential of this disk storage is enhanced by its own operating system, Asustor Data Master (ADM). In App Central, you have several ways to find your favourite app. You can search for apps by keyword or browse by category, popularity, recommendations, and other filters. With multi-language support, you can even search for apps in English.
Easy expansion
The Asustor NAS always supports the largest available hard drive size. If that's not enough for you, simply get an AS6004U expansion unit with a capacity of up to 192TB.
Your own personal cinema
With the LooksGood app, the Asustor NAS transforms into a multimedia centre with support for DLNA, Chromecast, or the option to connect to an Apple TV.
4K HDR support
In addition to network streaming, you can connect the Nimbustor directly to your TV using the HDMI 2.0a connector with 10-bit 4K hardware decoding, HEVC decoding, and VP9 10-bit decoding for a smoother experience and lower CPU usage.
