Each device undergoes pre-sales service before delivery, during which the device is calibrated. Therefore, the original packaging is not provided with foil.
We perform calibration before shipment, so the product may be delivered unpacked. The average number of measurements required for calibration is 5-10. These measurements remain in the device's memory.
Draeger breathalysers are used by the Police of the Czech Republic. The Draeger Alcotest 6000 will be ready to use in a few seconds at the press of a button. Two further buttons are used to navigate the Draeger Alcotest 6000 breathalyser's menu. The breathalyser includes a replaceable mouthpiece, which is protected by a practical cover. Exhaled air is directed through the Draeger breathalyser's air channel, where only a small sample is used by the device for analysis. The device will be ready to use in a temperature range from -5°C to +50°C. And thanks to its IP54 rating, the breathalyser will withstand use even in harsh conditions. The breathalyser runs on a single CR123A battery and can perform up to 1,500 tests. Thanks to its compact dimensions, you can discreetly put the device in your pocket. The Draeger Alcotest 6000 breathalyser can also be used for corporate purposes for the occasional testing of employees. In addition to active testing, you can also use passive testing, where the device measures the presence of alcohol in the ambient air.
