Xenarc Original means progress, innovation and new technologies. Xenarc lamps do not have an incandescent filament such as in halogen bulbs, instead of the light arc is between two electrodes, which occurs by controlled gas discharge in a small quartz burner. The burner is filled with xenon, gas salts, plus other additives. Xenarc lamps can be used in special xenon headlamps that have automatic headlight range control and special cleaning devices.
This is the first Xenon tube without mercury. With Xenarc's D3 and D4 systems, Osram shifts environmental protection to a new revolutionary level.
You will appreciate the brighter light which will visibly improve road lighting. It will provide more security because you will be more focused, you will be less tired, you will be able to react to obstacles, dangers,and traffic signs.
Scattered light is reduced to a minimum, so you do not dazzle the oncoming cars.
