How to keep your battery in good condition

The battery is partially charged at the factory, yet its capacity and performance are still below 100%. Therefore, for optimal battery formatting, it is recommended to go through a full charge and full discharge cycle at least 3 times in the beginning. Battery capacity is reduced by permanent connection to the power supply, so we recommend that you disconnect it from time to time. When not using the battery, just store it in a dry place, but check and recharge it every six months.

Causes of battery damage

One of the most common causes of battery degradation is when you discharge it completely and then leave it unused for a long time. Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 60°C, and if the battery is exposed to temperatures below 5°C, charge it only after reaching room temperature. Only use the battery in the devices for which it is intended. Also be careful that the battery is not subjected to a short circuit or higher discharge currents. Protect your battery from mechanical damage, chemical agents, and moisture.
