Men's aviation watch from the collection of AVI 8 - Hawker Hurricane. The watch style is reminiscent of  the WW2 period and the inspiration for its appearance is a British single-seat fighter Hawker Hurricane serving in the RAF. It is characterised by outstanding workmanship, retro design, sporty elegance and the clarity of the dial. The watch, thanks to its originality easily became an eye-catching accessory that can please its owner every day.

The watch case, which is made from stainless steel with a black PVD coating finish, hides a reliable Japanese battery-operated drive. The watch is equipped with a chronograph and a stopwatch accurate to 1/20 of a second. The watch has a black dial with a tan index, chronograph subdials, a date window, a tachymeter and a mineral crystal lens with high abrasion resistance. 

Simply conceived indexes, luminescent elements and colour accents enhance the sporting character of the watch. An interesting detail is a small silhouette fighter over the date window. The watch is waterproof to 5 ATM and you will have no problems washing your hands or taking a shower while still wearing the watch.

Originality, style and high-quality processing

The hardened mineral glass, or the Hardlex mineral glass surface is modified to protect against abrasion and scratching. It is extremely durable and moreover, it has excellent optical properties - so that the data on the dial will always be perfectly readable.

The extremely high quality leather strap surprises, not only for its durability and resistance, but also the comfort that it provides when wearing it. In addition, thanks to the thorn buckle that is attached to the strap, it perfectly adaptable to any sized wrist. 

The tachymeter function on the watch is designed to measure the average speed of cars, motorbikes and trains. Caution is needed for automobile racing or trains. At the start, press the stopwatch and after driving 1km, stop the stopwatch. The resulting average vehicle speed is deducted from the tachymeter dial at the point where the second hand stopped. (Racing and train tracks are equipped with features that allow you to get exact information about the distance travelled)
