The AVTECH DGD1005AV network recorder serves as a central unit for managing, recording and monitoring footage from connected security cameras. The pentabrid DVR recorder can process signals from both traditional analogue and modern IP cameras, which simplifies integration into both existing and new camera systems. The device supports up to four cameras simultaneously, processing video recordings in high resolution up to 2592×1944 pixels. It is powered by DC 12V with a 2A current and operates at temperatures from 10ºC to 40ºC.

Flexible video signal support
The AVTECH network recorder supports Pentabrid technology, which integrates five different video input standards. Users can combine IP cameras, analogue HD, TVI, CVI and the older 960H standard. The system handles up to four analogue channels or up to two IP channels, automatically detecting the connected signal type without the need for complex manual setup.
Efficient H.265 compression
The device uses the H.265 compression format for storing video recordings. This technology significantly reduces the demands on hard drive capacity and network bandwidth while maintaining the original image quality. The recorder supports a single SATA hard drive with a capacity of up to 14TB, and also allows you to connect an external disk array via the eSATA interface.
Remote access
Manage and watch the live feed via the web interface or the mobile app on your smartphone. The free EaZy Networking cloud service uses a P2P connection, which bypasses the need to configure a static IP address or deal with complicated router settings. This gives users access to live footage and recordings from anywhere with an internet connection.
Motion detection and instant notifications
Security features include detailed motion detection with a 16×12 zone grid for each channel. You can adjust the detection sensitivity using three configurable parameters to eliminate false alarms. In the event of a security breach or a system event, such as video loss or a disconnected hard drive, the recorder sends an instant notification via email or Push Status.
Connectivity options
The rear panel includes HDMI video outputs with support for 4K2K resolution and a classic VGA output for older monitors. There are four audio inputs and one audio output for both sound recording and playback. Four alarm inputs and one output, along with an RS-485 interface for controlling PTZ cameras, provide connectivity with external systems.
Advanced image analysis features
When reviewing recordings, you can use the quick search function to find footage by time, motion detection, or alarm event. The system offers a 2× digital zoom to examine a selected scene in detail. Data security is protected by four levels of user access rights and a password lock system, complemented by the ability to set the image quality to one of four levels, from Normal to Super best.
