Tento zámek jsem si objednala dnes přišel a jsem velice překvapená že nelze namontovat/ nainstalovat na tyč pod sedadlem kola. Plastovy úchyt je příliš úzký. Žádné rozměry na jaký průměr tyče je zámek udelan zde není uvedeno. Žádám vrácení peněz. Zaplatila jsem poštovné a žádám nápravu. Nelze prodávat zámek nebo jakykoli predmet bez kompletních udaju. S tímto popisem je jasné že je univerzální. To je nesmyslné.muzete mi prosim sdělit jak se tohle může stát? Průměr tyče kol pod sedadlem není nijak extra různorodé tak jak je možné že na jeden druh kola tento zámek nesedne a nelze utáhnout jelikož po nasazeni i bez vnitřní vložky nejde plastova část upevnit a zasroubovat.
