Dobrý den, koupil jsem si tento strojek, zastřihovač vousů funguje , ovšem holící část holí pouze bez nástavce. Jakmile zvětším nástavec byt jen na dvojku, skoro vůbec nestříhá. Je možné že dělám něco špatně? Přemýšlím o reklamaci. Děkuji za odpověd
