This versatile deep aluminium BALLARINI POSITANO pan with a diameter of 28cm is a perfect companion for preparation of different kinds of dishes for the whole family. This POSITANO pan will provide you with a touch of the Italian cuisine and help you fry vegetables and meat or create delicious sauces. The strong aluminium core of the pan quickly distributes heat throughout the pan which results in even heat distribution. Its special non-stick surface KERAVIS does not contain any harmful PFOA or heavy metals. Furthermore, metallic kitchen utensils can be used to work with the pan. In addition, the BALLARINI pan is suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers.

Tested quality of the BALLARINI POSITANO pan
The BALLARINI company used the innovative KERAVIS surface to produce the POSITANO pan. It consists of three layers, the highest of which is enriched with ceramic particles for better durability. This results in an easy-to-maintain non-stick surface which is scratch-resistant to metallic spatulas, and also to high temperatures when cooking without fat. The Ballarini company has its products continuously checked by prestigious international organisations such as Neotron (Italy), LGA (Germany) and the Danish Institute (Denmark) to ensure the suitability and safety of its non-stick surfaces that come into contact with food.
