This practical, ceramic-coated, Gourmet Ceramia pot is specially designed for induction cooking, but it can also be comfortably used on all other types of cooktops. The inside of the pot is made from a single sheet of pressure-moulded aluminum and coated with 2 layers of ECL ceramic in a cream colour. The exterior of the pot is also ceramic but has a pearly brown finish. Also included is a glass lid with a silicone knob.

Using the Pot
The pot is designed for induction cooktops but can be also used on electric, gas, and glass-ceramic cooktops. The pot's maximum operating temperature is 380°C (180°C for the glass lid). Both parts are dishwasher safe.
