Recommended dosage
Adults and individuals aged 15 and over should take 1 tablet once a day, preferably in the morning or forenoon. The tablet should be swallowed whole with a sufficient amount of liquid. Do not exceed the established recommended daily dose.

This food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Ensure a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. This product is not intended for children and adolescents under 15 years of age, or for pregnant and breastfeeding women. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. Do not take this product concurrently with anticoagulants (blood-thinning medication). Do not use if the packaging is damaged.
