Dobrý den. Koupil jsem u vás beats studio 3 a iphone 11 pro a potřeboval bych poradit, jestli něco nedělám špatně... Sluchátka jsem snadno s iPhone sparoval a vše funguje jak má. Poté sluchátka vypnu stejně tak jako BT na telefonu. Po pár hodinách zapnu sluchátka, BT na telefonu a žádné spojení se nekoná. Jdu do nastavení BT a na spárovaná sluchátka kliknu. Kolečko se točí a točí a po půl minutě vyskočí hláška že sluchátka nejsou v dosahu. Musím sluchátka v telefonu zahodit a znova naparovat. Reset sluchátek jsem zkoušel - nepomohlo. Jak mám tohle řešit? Nepřijde mi to jako OK chování. Díky, Adam

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si u vás tyto sluchátka a nedaří se mi je spárovat přes bluetooth s pc. Mám Acer Aspire 7 A117-72G-57V7 . Lze sluchátka s pc nějak spárovat? Děkuji
