Dobrý den, dnes jsem si z e-shopu zakoupil tato sluchátka, ale na mém telefonu Xiaomi M9 Lite nefunguje ovládání hlasitosti. Dají se tato sluchátka vrátit? Popřípadě, lze je vrátit na prodejně? Děkuji. J.S.
