Dobrá den, prosím o radu. Tyto sluchátka jsem nyní zakoupila pro použití na iphone SE 2020. Sluchátka hrajou, bohužel mi nefunguje ovládání hlasitosti a přijímání hovoru. Máte s tím nějaké zkušenosti, může se jednat vadu sluchátek? Děkuji M
