dobrý den při přípravě kávy je káva po dokončení nedostatečně teplá...má se před přípravou čekat na nahřátí? A jak se dá před přípravou nahřák šálek?

Dobrý den, kávovar Beko 5311x mi dělá úplně rozmočené puky kávy v odpadní nádržce. Je pravda, že si dělám jen jednu kávu a kávovar se pak vypne. Servisní technik mi řekl, že voda z proplachu jde právě do nádobky s odpadní kávou a tím tam ty puky rozmáčí. Opravdu se proplachuje něco i do misky na umletou kávu? Toto jsem s žádným kávovarem, espressovacem, nikdy nezažila. Děkuji za radu, HV
