Rozhodně není normální, že z nového spotřebiče vytékají černé, blátivé chuchvalce bůhví čehosi společně se zakalenou vodou. Nově zakoupená pračka evidentně byla používaná delší dobu.. Dále stav spotřebiče neodpovídá novému výrobku, který jsme objednávali. Opakuji, že jsme neobjednávali zánovní zboží ani použité. V případě jednorázového použití, jak tvrdíte, solidní firma pračku vysuší, odpustí vodu, není tedy možné, že dorazí v takovémto stavu (takové množství vodního kamene a opotřebení). Jak je možné, že pračka dorazí v takovémto stavu? 9000,- není zanedbatelná částka. O bazarové spotřebiče nemáme zájem.
