The Bionaire Air Purifier BAP001X is a sophisticated, comprehensive air cleaning solution for rooms of up to 74m2 in size. Due to its space-saving design, it can also be placed in both the living room and the office. Also available in classic white, its design is perfectly suited to all types of interiors. Because it is lightweight, you can be assured of its easy portability, and that the noise level is kept to a low at only 55db.
With a four-stage filtration system, one which is the work prefilter, large debris is captured. Another part is the washable HEPA filter, capturing up to 99% of impurities from 0.002mm in size so you can manage and filter out dust, pollen, animal dander or dust mites. The germicidal ultraviolet lamp effectively destroys various kinds of bacteria and viruses. Along with the photocatalytic oxidation process, volatile organic compounds and odors are destroyed, including harmful substances such as formaldehyde, ammonia, toxic fumes, and many other impurities.
Its Independent Ioniser releases negative ions which attach themselves to dust particles, pollen, smoke or animal allergens and so helps with their attachment to the filter. The function of ionisation and UV disinfection can be individually turned off. Of course there is a timer to switch off after 2, 4, 6 and 8 hours. The set values are displayed on a clear LCD display. Optimal results are achieved by regularly cleaning the filters without having to dismantle anything.
