Dobrý den, zaujal mě tento vysavač, ale ráda bych věděla, jaký má sací výkon. Zkoušela jsem už více ručních vysavačů ani jeden mi nevyhovoval ohledně vysávání chlupů kočky z gauče. Dá se někde tento výkon dohledat? Děkuji za rychlou odpověď.

Ahoj! Je k vysávaču v ALZA možné objednať náhradné diely, ako napr. zostavu filtra 1608653 a kefku 1609186? Prosím preveriť, nakoľko výrobca, zastúpenie v UK alebo nebodaj to slovenské diely na Slovensko podľa mojich aktuálnych zistení nedodávajú.

Dobrý den, Mám tento vysavač a poslední dobou se začal chovat nezvykle - kdykoliv ho po delší době zapnu (i když je to ihned po plném nabití), vysavač se po pár vteřinách vypne - to se děje opakovaně za sebou klidně 5-10x, ale pak se rozběhne a běží bez problémů. Při každém opakovaném zapnutí je i znát že je výkon vyšší, proto mi přijde nelogické, aby to bylo baterií. Výrobek je stále v záruce, chystám se ho tedy reklamovat, ale dotaz spočívá v tom, kdyby to přeci jen bylo baterií, kolik vychází její výměna?
