Not only can you use it in cars (12V), trucks and caravans (24V), but it also plugs into any classic 100-230V socket. What's more, the package contains all the adapters you need. A high-performance compressor with DC inverter technology ensures exceptional reliability, long service life and whisper-quiet operation, while a fluoride-free insulating layer provides top-quality thermal protection and ensures low energy consumption. You'll also appreciate the handles that take the strain out of carrying the cooler from your home to your vehicle.
Two Operation Modes with Intuitive Controls
The Blackmont Car Cooler has a rapid cooling function that gets the internal temperature quickly down to -20°C (at ambient temperatures up to 25°C). In addition, you can use ECO mode to save energy. You can control all settings—two operating modes and infinite temperature from -20 to 20 °C—using the electronic control with a digital display. On the control panel, you will also find a USB-A connector (5V / 1A), which you can use to charge your mobile phone, tablet, and other handy travel devices, such as flashlights and wireless speakers.
Looks After Your Vehicle's Battery
An essential feature of the Blackmont Car Cooler is the three-level car battery discharge protection system. You can choose from low, medium and high battery protection. Each mode has two defined input voltage values for startup and shutdown. If voltage drops below the protection value, the cooler automatically stops to preserve your car battery. When the voltage on your battery rises above the starting value, the cooler kicks back into life.
