Its simplistic black design and comfortable profile make it fit any kitchen. Bosch PXY875KW1E is made of glass ceramics which is easy to clean. The hob uses the induction technology to achieve perfect results. It is very easy to control via the TFT touch display and many other features and technologies. It comes with the PowerBoost feature that delivers three times the performance of other conventional glass ceramic hobs. This feature is based on PanBoost which is designed for pans. The hob weighs 17kg and its input power is 7.4kW.

Temperature control

There is a sensor with 5 PerfectFry power levels to ensure automatic temperature control over the frying process when frying. The PerfectCook sensor then opens the possibility to upgrade your hob with a special temperature sensor that ensures precise cooking temperature control.

Cooking comfort

The hob features 4 cooking zones that can distinguish the cookware size. The expanded flexinduction zone then offers the possibility to conveniently connect the cooking zones to use larger pots or trays. The PowerMove feature can divide this flexinduction zone into three preset zones according to performance, which you can change by simply moving your pots around the hob. The Assist feature will automatically suggest the optimal temperature level and length of cooking for countless dishes. Each cooking zone can be assigned with a different cooking time or the minute option with the Timer feature. The Home Connect feature can remotely control the appliance via smartphone. And we can not forget even the comfortable operation of cooker hoods through the hob (with the corresponding hoods) and automatic settings transmission. The QuickStart feature helps the hob start faster and it automatically selects the first pot zone. The ReStart feature comes in handy should you turn the appliance off by accident - it can restart the appliance with all previous settings.

Safety

The safety features include the main power switch, power consumption indicator and 2 residual heat indicators. There is also a safety switch, child lock, maximum power setting and control panel lock for 20 seconds for cleaning during cooking.
