Dobrý deň, Kúpila som si z alzy kávovar vivy II, ktorý nemôžem použiť lebo mi nechce hlavica zacvaknúť a tým pádom mi nenačíta čiarový kód. Ak máme, niekto s tým skúsenosti prosím napíšte, ako sa dá daný problém vyriešiť.

Dobrý den, chtěla bych se zeptat. Kávovar se zapne, rozsvítí se kolonka hrníčku ale nic se neděje. Po chvilce zhasne a nic. Neví někdo proč? A co s tím? Děkuji

Zdravím, na mojom kávovare sa rozsvietila spodná kontrolka (horná bliká keď robí kávu, stredná signalizuje nedostatok vody). Neviem čo znamená, už som ho skúšal vyčistiť kapsulou s čiarovým kódom, aj 6x po sebe, ale stále svieti. V návode som nič nenašiel. Ďakujem

Dobrý deň, stále nám svieti červeným tlačidlo s obrázkom kohútik s kvapkou vody... druhý od vrchu... tým pádom nemôžme vôbec spustiť kávovar. Čo teda ďalej? Ďakujem.
