K2VITAL DELTA MK-7 is a form of vitamin K2 characterised by its stability not only under normal storage conditions but also at elevated temperatures of up to 40°C. Kappa also conducted a survey on the quality, stability, and effectiveness of vitamin K2 in food supplements in non-mineral combinations, where stability should not be an issue. Half of these non-mineral vitamin K2 products had quality issues, with a full third of the sample showing no measurable vitamin K2 content. In a fifth of the products, the vitamin K2 content was measured at 26–75% of the amount declared on the label. Only in a quarter of the products did the measured amount of vitamin K2 correspond to the amount on the label.
