Dobrý den. mám u Alzy od února 2016 zakoupený holicí strojek BRAUN CruZer 6 Clean shave. Již pár dní mám poškozenou planžetu. Je možné si na Alze objednat novou? Pokud ano, jaký je kód tohoto zboží? V případě, že náhradní planžetu nemáte v sortimentu, prosím poradit, kde ji mohu sehnat a pod jakým kódem ji eviduje výrobce. S pozdravem Spokojený Zákazník
