The Braun SJ 3100 centrifugal juicer uses powerful centrifugal force and high rotational speeds to make refreshing healthy juice almost instantly. The juicer's sharp rotating blades handle the ingredients first and efficiently chopped into tiny little pieces and then pressed through a strainer to separate the juice from pulp. The juicer is great for making pressed juice from pome fruits, root vegetables, and of course various types of citruses. On the other hand, the device was not designed to process soft fruits, herbs, and leafy vegetables, for instance. The juicer is equipped with a 500 W motor. The 55 mm inlet means you can fill the juicer with small pieces of fruit and vegetables, even when uncut. The juice container is large enough to hold up to 0.75 l of juice and the appliance has a 1.25 l pulp container. The black juicer colour scheme makes a perfect match for any kitchen.
