Dobrý den, jak je možné, že u tiskáren brother udáváte klamné informace ohledně rychlosti tisku černá / barevná? Jako jediný prodejce udáváte všude rychlost tisku 27 stránek v černé a 10 v barevné, kdežto i výrobce udává úplně jiné parametry? Pro zákazníky je tato volba mnohdy rozhodující a vy je pak těmito kroky úmyslně klamete.. Jak je to tedy možné? Děkuji za vysvětlení.
