Dobrý deň, tieto slúchadlá som zakúpil pre deti ako náhradné, keď rozbijú primárne slúchadlá. Zistil som ale, že majú veľmi tichý zvuk, v porovnaní s inými modelmi zapojenými do rovnakých portov PC, v rovnakých aplikáciách a pri rovnakých nastaveniach. Dokonca ani pri nastavení maximálnej hlasitosti nie je úroveň zvuku dostatočná. Jedná sa o vadu a mám ich reklamovať, alebo je to "vlastnosť"?
