Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem CANDY GVSW45 48STWHC-S před 5 dny...bohužel jak při praní, tak sušení se stává, že pračka zůstane "stát" na určitých minutách (např.2 min.do konce), bliká kontrolka některé fáze sušení a pračka zůstane stát..bez další akce..děje se opakovaně. Nebo praní v určité části přeruší chybou E13. Prosím, jak potupovat.

Dobrý den, minulý týden jsme koupili tuto pračko-sušičku. Mohu se zaptat, zda je normální, že se při sušení ozývá vrzání? Přijde mi to, jako kdyby vrzalo těsnění o dvířka. Když pere, tak je krásně tichá, ale při tom sušení vrže. Mám sušičku poprvé, tak nevím. Děkuji.

Dobrý den, již se zde v diskuzích řešilo nicméně ... Jaká je skutečná hloubka výrobku? V parametrech je uvedeno 45 cm, ale v diskuzích se píše 53-54 cm. Jaká je tedy realita? Nerada bych zakoupila a následně vracela kvůli chybným údajům, které uvádíte-bylo by to nevýhodné pro obě strany. Děkujui za odpověď.

Zajímá mě, jestli je normální, že se pračka lehce klepe při ždímání. A dost často hází error 02, odtoková, nebo přívodní hadice, ale vše je nainstalováno dle návodu.

Dobry den, jak funguje u tohoto modelu Detsky zamek? V navodu se pise, ze se uzamknou vsechna tlacitka, ale ze napr. zapnutim/vypnutim se zamek zrusi. Kdyz je tedy zamek aktivni a dite omylem zmackne tlacitko pro celkove vypnuti, pracka se vypne ci ne? A po opetovnem zapnuti program pokracuje, nebo je potreba jej nastavit znovu? Dekuji.
