Triple heating system
The core of this espresso machine is its heating system consisting of two stainless steel water boilers. One of them is a dedicated brew boiler for the espresso shot with a +/- 1 °C accuracy, while the second is a dedicated steam boiler for steam production that ensures instant steam delivery. This means that the system can simultaneously prepare espresso and froth your milk. Moreover, the heating head is equipped with a heating element, which ensures constant temperature thorough the entire process of extraction.

PID system for temperature control
For a perfect espresso, simply having freshly ground coffee is not enough. You need the right tamping, pressure, and water temperature. The PID electronic system takes care of the latter by controlling the temperature during the extraction. This prevents changes in temperature and subsequent loss of crema and coffee colour.
High flexibility
The ES9010 lets you adjust the temperature of the extracted coffee, pre-infusion pressure, and coffee extraction time, or program your own coffee dosing. The pressure valve limits maximum pressure during the entire coffee extraction process, ensuring that the coffee does not gain the characteristic bitter taste caused by burnt coffee in the filter. Low pre-infusion pressure ensures gradual pressure increase for even extraction. The water tank has a volume of 2.5 litres and the system is equipped with a handy LCD display.
