KOBRA S6 brings revolutionary hybrid technology and energy savings
The KOBRA S6-HYBRID model represents a technological breakthrough in shredding. A completely unique hybrid system optimises energy consumption by using energy stored in special capacitors. This enables the machine to shred up to 15% of documents using only this stored energy. Even more importantly, the shredder automatically disconnects from the power supply in standby mode, achieving zero energy consumption. This makes it the ideal choice that verifiably reduces operating costs.
Top performance and P-2 central data protection
With a shredding capacity of up to 28 sheets of paper at once, the KOBRA S6-HYBRID is designed as a central shredder to serve multiple users. It guarantees high-quality data security thanks to straight-cut shredding and compliance with the strict DIN P-2 security level. The machine easily destroys not only paper documents, but also CDs/DVDs, floppy disks, and credit cards in one universal cutting mechanism. Like other top-tier KOBRA models, it features 24-hour continuous operation (thanks to motor thermal protection), ensuring smooth work without downtime.
KOBRA S6-HYBRID is durable and easy to maintain
Long service life and minimal maintenance requirements are guaranteed thanks to the premium construction. Hardened carbon steel cutting blades resist damage from paperclips and staples, minimising the risk of breakdown. Crucially, it requires no maintenance: the exclusive oil-free system ensures the shredder blades never need lubricating, as paper dust is effectively blown away. The KOBRA S6-HYBRID also features exceptionally quiet operation, which is an invaluable feature in a busy office environment.
Intelligent functions and ergonomics
The ergonomics of the S6-HYBRID model are thought out to the last detail. Although designed for heavier workloads, it remains compact and features a 40L bin, which is the optimum size for small and medium-sized offices. Emptying is convenient thanks to the pull-out bin, meaning you do not have to lift a heavy cutting head. The KOBRA S6-HYBRID comes equipped with automatic features such as Start/Stop (sensors), safety stop when the bin is open or full, and automatic reverse in case of overloading.
