Discover an unexpected taste blend of caramel, cane juice, and green grapes that passes in floral tones with a hint of sweet tomatoes, and vanilla. All this and beyond, conceals an excellent cup of El Bolo coffee. The author of this original coffee is the farmer Mauricio Mesa, who became a finalist in the Café Imports first Cauca Best Cup competition in 2014 after three years of his work. The plantation is at an altitude of 1500 meters above sea level in the Colombian El Bolo area.
