Concept PC-5040
The Concept PC-5040 is a practical home bakery, allowing you to enjoy fresh bread every day. Its 12-hour timer ensures that the baking starts exacty at the time that you choose. The bakery is whisper quiet and can be used to bake overnight so that you can enjoy warm, fragrant bread right after you wake up. The baking process is fully automatic. All you need to do is insert the ingredients and choose the appropriate program.
The device offers a wide range of programs for baking of bread, rolls, kneading of yeast cakes dough and pasta dough, but also for preparation of marmalades, jams and fruit compotes. The Concept PC-5040 can be used with 750-1250g of dough. Its dishwasher-safe baking container with non-stick surface is equipped with two kneading hooks, which work the dough for you.
Once the baking process is over, the bakery switches to the special Keep Warm mode to keep your bread warm for another 60 minutes. The Concept PC-5040 bakery comes with a user manual that contains also a few interesting recipes to get you started with baking right after your device has been delivered.
