Dobrý den, koupil jsem u vás CONCEPT PDV7160wh. Protože jsem rekonstruoval byt instaloval jsem desku až nyní. Při vaření se na litinových plotýnkách zespoda takové gumové čudlíky, které se roztekají. Na největší plotynce jsem je musel u vyhodit. Lze nějakým způsobem tyto čudlíky reklamovat nebo jak?? Díky.

Dobrý den, koupil jsem si tento výrobek, ale uvádí se bílé sklo. Bílá má být byla a ne jakoby mléčná. O proti obrázku je skutečnost jiná. Co s tím můžu udělat?? Výrobek je rozvalen a nepoužít.

CONCEPT PDV7160 požaduji s černými ovládacími knoflíky(dolní obr.) protože je evidentní rozdíl mezi ovladacími prvky na horním obrázku a dolním, ty jsou celé černé s jiným designem ten se mi líbí. Máte na skladě ty? Děkuji
