Dobrý den, koupil jsem si tato sluchátka ve formě "nová". Přesto mi v balení chybý náhradní velikosti náušníků. Vnitřní umělohmotná krabička je viditelně vymačkaná (z několikanásobného vyndání). Můj dotaz tedy zní: Jak je toto možné? Při pomyšlení že už je někdo nosil v uších se mi akorád zvedá žaludek.

Dobry vecer, dnes jsem si v Alza boyu vyzvedla sluchatka, jakmile jsem prisla domu, ozkousela jsem je a fungovala. Navigacni hlas rekl, ze jsou vybita, tak jsem je dala nabit... Od te doby jsou uz nejakou dobu na nabijecce a cervena dioda stale sviti a nic se nedeje. Kdyz jsem je zkousela zapnout, navigacni hlas mi pouze oznamil, ze jsou sluchatka zapnuta a ihned ze jsou vypnuta. Jsem z toho celkem zklamana, protoze po odzkouseni jsem z nich byla nadsena. Mam je reklamovat? A mohu reklamaci uplatnit na prodejne, i kdyz nemam uctenku, jelikoz jsem zbozi vyzvedavala v prave zminovanem alza boxu? Dekuji Vam za odpoved. Kr. Vitovcova

Dobrý den, mám tyhle sluchátka hned jak jsem je vyndala tak jsem je zapla, pak se vybili, tak jsem je dlouho nabijela a nic, zapnula jsem je a zase se hned vypnuly , nic nedělají. Už mám druhé a furt to samé, co s tím?

Dobrý den, dostal jsem bezdrátová sluchátka k vánocům a přikoupil jsem si k nim MP3 San Disc Sansa Clip Sport Plus, který je vybaven Bluetooth systémem pro připojení ale nepodařilo se mi oba přístroje spárovat. Byl jsem se poradit na pobočce v Praze 4 Hájích, ale obsluha jen pokrčila rameny a nedokázala mi poradit.
